Oklahoma commit Payton Westra (Mesa, AZ; Red Mountain H.S.), and Alabama commit Torynn Slaughter (Phoenix, AZ; Pinnacle H.S.) share their recruiting journeys to the SEC. Westra and Slaughter play on the same club team, Arizona Rising 18u-Appel. Both ballers have represented Team USA (Torynn as member of the U-15 USA team; Payton on the current U-18 USA team).
